Meet your instructor:

Hi, I'm Emily! I'm a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and FEMM Certified fertility educator. I work in Restorative Reproductive Medicine as a provider as well as teach FEMM on the side! 

I grew up knowing very little about how my body worked and have found so much joy and passion in teaching women + couples to understand their bodies and make values-aligned family planning decisions. 

My husband and I use the FEMM method in our own marriage, and it has been such a gift to our relationship and family. We are parents to an almost one-year-old baby girl and look forward to continuing to grow our family over the coming years. 

I'd be honored to get to teach you the FEMM method of NFP! I created this course to give you a combination of accessibility + flexibility to your learning while maintaining access to a live certified instructor. Learning NFP for the first time can be daunting, but you will come away feeling so empowered and excited by how amazing your body is!
